Our Frequent Feeder Program issues a coupon reward when you reach the program limit for a participating brand.
For instance, for a brand with a program limit of 12, after you have made 12 eligible purchases within that brand, a coupon reward will be placed on your account for the average amount of those 12 purchases.
Our Frequent Feeder program works by averaging the purchases made under a particular brand over time and issuing a coupon for that average amount that can go towards a redeemable purchase.
Please note that regular online orders that are shipped from our Memphis warehouse via FedEx or USPS do not contribute to our In-Store Frequent Feeder Program. This is due to our compliance with our vendor's minimum online pricing guidelines.
However, online orders made using our Same Day Delivery service, or our Curbside Pick-Up service will come directly from a store near your location and will contribute to the Frequent Feeder program. The Same Day Delivery service is currently only available in limited areas. You can check your address's eligibility for Same Day Delivery here.
