To update your payment method, please follow these steps:
- Click this link, or go to your Account and then select "Payment Methods" on the left-side menu.
- Select the payment method you would like to update.
- Re-enter the card number and CVV code, and update any other information as needed.
- To delete a payment method, click "Delete" in the upper right corner of the screen.
- Ensure the correct Billing Address is selected.
- Click "Save Payment Method."
Please note that a payment method that is associated with an AutoShip cannot be deleted. You must first change the payment method associated with the AutoShip to a different card, and then you can delete the payment method.

Having trouble saving a new debit card?
If you're unable to save a new debit card, try the following:
- Make sure the card isn't already set as the payment method for an AutoShip. If it is, switch the AutoShip to a different card first.
- Refresh the page and try again.
- Re-enter the full expiration year of your card and re-enter your billing address. Saved information can sometimes prevent actions from completing.
- Clear your browser's cache and cookies, then retry.
- Try a different browser or device.
