The Hollywood Feed Promise & Return Policy
At Hollywood Feed, we stand by our products with the Hollywood Feed Promise: If your pet doesn't love it or if you don't love it, we will gladly replace or refund it.
What is covered under the return policy?
Accepted: We accept returns on most items, including open bags of treats and food.
Not Accepted: The policy does not cover the destruction of toys or beds, or items showing normal wear and tear.
How to start a return
Option 1: In-Store Returns Bring the specific item you wish to return to your nearest Hollywood Feed store. One of our associates will be happy to assist you immediately.
Option 2: Online / Remote Returns If you do not live near a store, our Customer Service team can assist you remotely. Please have your order number or the phone number associated with your account ready.
