Currently, there are three ways to receive credit for our Frequent Feeder program: by purchasing eligible products in-store, online for Curbside Pick-Up, or online for Same Day Delivery.
Each of our vendors also sets which products can contribute to an In-Store Frequent Feeder program. Additionally, our vendors set minimum store prices and minimum online prices for all their products which we must abide by or risk losing the ability to sell their products.
Due to our compliance with these vendor-set pricing guides and the agreements on which products contribute to the programs, we cannot include any products sold at an online price and shipped via FedEx or other mail carrier as part of our Frequent Feeder program. Only products sold at store price and delivered directly from a store using either Same Day Delivery or Curbside Pickup will contribute.
Given these restrictions, customers who order online and have their order shipped via FedEx will unfortunately not be able to accumulate Frequent Feeder credits.
