Refund Requirements & Process
What to bring for a refund: To process your return efficiently at the store, please bring:
Original Form of Payment: This is required for us to credit the money back to your card.
Proof of Purchase: You can verify your purchase using your receipt, the phone number associated with your account, or the emailed invoice (for online orders).
How refunds are issued:
Standard Refund: Funds are issued directly back to the original form of payment.
Store Credit: If the original form of payment is not available, the return will be processed as store credit instead.
