What we match: Identical items (same brand, size, weight, color, flavor, quantity, and item number) that are currently in stock and valid at a competitor. We even match current, unexpired sales and promotions!
Where to request it: You can request a price match in-store by showing a Feed Team member the digital or print ad, or online by chatting, calling, or emailing our Customer Service team.
A few important details we consider:
Shipping & Programs: We factor in any competitor's shipping/delivery costs. We also account for discounts you accumulate through our Frequent Feeder Program (for example, if our program makes a bag net out at $18.46 instead of its $20 daily price, we use that net price for the comparison).
Exclusions: We cannot match clearance, damaged/used items, typographical errors, closeouts, third-party marketplace counterfeits, or prices that require a paid subscription to access.
