Frozen Delivery Surcharge & Bag Refunds
No, there is no fee to deliver raw frozen food. If you bring back the bags to one of our locations, our team can sanitize them per FDA Guidelines and reuse them or donate them to a rescue. There will be no refund for the returned bag.
