How to Add Delivery Instructions & Gate Codes
Where do I enter my gate code or delivery notes? If you have specific instructions for your driver—such as a gate code, a request to ring the doorbell, or a specific place to leave the package—please enter these in the "Delivery Instructions" box during checkout.
Where to find the box: Depending on where you are in the checkout process, the box is located in one of two places:
Entering a New Address: Look at the bottom of the address section.
Reviewing Your Order: Look in the top right corner, just above your list of items.
Keep it brief: Please keep your instructions short and clear to ensure the driver can read them quickly.
Important: Same Day Delivery Only Please note that Delivery Instructions are only available for Same Day Delivery orders.
Same Day Delivery: Our drivers will see and follow these notes.
Standard Shipping (UPS/USPS): These notes are not visible to external carriers like UPS or USPS. Please do not leave instructions for these carriers in this box.
